Fifteen thugs busted in Adamawa with credit card machine, phones, bunch of weapons

The Adamawa State Command of the Nigeria is on a roll, arresting fifteen dudes suspected of being in a gang called Shilla that's been causing trouble in the state capital.

In a press release on Friday, police spokesperson Superintendent Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje said big thanks to the good people of Adamawa for helping out in the fight against crime by the Shilla gang.

The cops seized a credit card machine, dangerous weapons, drugs, a TV set and 9 phones during the bust.
The statement reads separately:

“The Commissioner equally commends officers and men of the Command for their dedication to duty and for creating a safe environment.

“These ongoing efforts are proving successful as fifteen more Shilla Cult members were apprehended during the recent Sallah celebrations within Yola and Jimeta urban areas.

“The suspects, who hail from Yola South and Yola North Local Government Areas, are: Usman Ahmadu (32), Abdullahi Shuaibu (18), Auwal Saleh (18), Usman Abdullahi (21), Auwal Isah (20), Muhammad Abubakar (18) , Jamilu Hassan (19), Abdussalam Abdullahi (20).

Others include; Salisu Umar (19),Yahya Umaru (25), Salahudeen Auwal (18) Yusuf Ahmed (20), Jamilu Sani (18), Abraham Joel (18) and Muhammad Auwal (19).

“The Commissioner assured the public that those arrested would be diligently prosecuted after investigations are concluded”.
