Governor Fintiri Announces Minor Cabinet Reshuffle

Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has announced a minor reshuffle of his cabinet to optimise his administration's performance.

This news was confirmed in a press statement signed by Mr Humwashi Wonosikou, the Governor's Chief Press Secretary.

According to Mr Wonosikou, the reshuffle affects four ministerial positions:
Neido Geoffrey Kufulto, formerly the Commissioner for Information and Strategy, now assumes the role of Commissioner for Women's Affairs.
Wunfe Anthony moves to the Ministry of Transport.
James Iliya, previously the Commissioner for Entrepreneurship, takes over as Commissioner for Information and Strategy.
Hamajumba Gatugel is now appointed Commissioner for Entrepreneurship.
The Chief Press Secretary stated Governor Fintiri's confidence in his commissioners' ability to deliver in their new roles. He quoted the Governor as saying, "This reshuffle is designed to maximise our team's strengths and improve service delivery to the people of Adamawa State."

The statement further noted:

"The Governor warned against sabotage and urged the commissioners to discharge their duties diligently. He also called for seamless transition with immediate effect, urging the affected commissioners to work together and continue serving the state with dedication and commitment."
