Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State has pledged to champion a future of inclusivity and collaboration.
In a meeting with heads of federal establishments in the state, Governor Fintiri emphasized the importance of unity and working together with all development and peace loving people of Nigeria regardless of their ethnicity or geographical origin.
This forward-looking approach extends to residents who haven't traditionally been considered indigenes.
Governor Fintiri declared, everybody living in the state will enjoy all rights and privileges. He further cemented this sentiment by stating they've acquired farmlands with certificates of occupancy and will be offered plots for housing.
The federal delegation, led by Housing Comptroller Martin Gyado, acknowledged Adamawa's good fortune in having Governor Fintiri at the helm.
They lauded his result-driven governance, particularly his recent recognition as the nation's best governor in infrastructure development.
Governor Fintiri's commitment to progress extends beyond infrastructure. The delegation's spokesperson highlighted their monthly corporate social responsibility projects and even proposed the Governor as their patron.
This potential collaboration suggests a future where federal initiatives and state leadership work hand-in-hand for the betterment of Adamawa.
