Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State has received international recognition for his administration's achievements in providing clean water to primary healthcare facilities across the state.
The Adamawa State Primary Healthcare Development Agency was bestowed with the esteemed 'Award of Excellence' at the 2024 International Conference on Water in Abuja.
The award, presented to the Agency's Executive Chairman, Dr. Sulaiman Saidu Bashir, celebrated the state's exemplary efforts in ensuring that primary healthcare facilities and nearby communities have reliable access to quality water.

Dr. Bashir emphasised the Governor's strong leadership and support, which have enabled the Agency to implement effective strategies for enhancing water infrastructure and maintenance.
